Being named to the MIT Technology Review‘s 35 Inventors Under 35 list is a prestigious honour, but one of its best perks is the subsequent invitation to attend the Emerging Technologies conference (EmTech).
Joyce Poon and Hossein Rahnama, both researchers and inventors working with MaRS Innovation to license or spin-off technology projects, were named to the MIT Technology Review‘s prestigious 35 Inventors Under 35 list for 2012.
They attended the EmTech 2012 from October 24 to 26 where they each made a three-minute pitch about their respective bodies of research work.
